Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-embracing email management tool, which will give you complete command over your mailboxes and mailing lists. With this user-friendly interface, you can set up a brand new email mailbox account in no time and manage its settings with ease. Furthermore, you can forward electronic mail messages from one e-mailbox account to another, finetune mail filters, create auto-reply messages and shield your email boxes against junk e-mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can shield all your mailbox accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mails. You can also change the level of anti-spam protection from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no undesirable e-mail messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your electronic mail messages will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also choose whether a mail message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a certain e-mail box account.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are perfect for filtering your incoming mails based on certain rules defined by you. Creating email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will go into effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an email filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the email filtering criteria as per your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mails from one e-mail box to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Simply specify the email box account you would like to redirect emails from, then choose the target email mailbox and select if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the email client of your liking to access your email boxes. Just navigate to the Auto-Config column next to the mailbox you want to set up on your desktop PC or cell phone and click on the electronic mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email box will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mailboxes at the same time is a breeze. The Email Manager user interface will also permit you to quickly create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to notice and our system will take care of the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email box - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
